Browned Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS:
2 pts. fresh brussels sprouts (or 2 10oz pkgs.) 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, or the juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp. caraway seeds salt to taste pepper to taste



1 Cook brussels sprouts in a bit of water until just tender, about 15 minutes for fresh sprouts. Drain.
2 Heat butter until lightly browned. Add sprouts, lemon juice, caraway seeds, and seasonings. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring sprouts to coat.
