| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 pounds green beans, trimmed, cut into 3-inch lengths | 1/4 cup olive oil | 3 large red bell peppers, diced |
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil | 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill | 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel |
| 1 | Cook beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 6 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well. |
| 2 | Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add peppers; saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add beans; toss until heated through, about 4 minutes. Add herbs and peel; toss 2 minutes. |
