| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 64-ounce bottles apple cider | 1/2 cup orange juice | 4 cinnamon sticks, broken in half |
| 2 tablespoons (packed) dark brown sugar | 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice | 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
| 4 whole cloves | 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice | 1-1/2 cups bourbon |
| 1 | Mix all ingredients except bourbon in large pot. Bring to boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. Simmer until reduced to 12 cups, about 30 minutes. Using slotted spoon, remove cinnamon and cloves. Mix bourbon into cider. Ladle into cups. |
