Korean Crisp Laver (Seaweed)

INGREDIENTS:
10 sheets laver (found in any Japanese or Korean food store) 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon salt



1 Spread the sheets one at a time on a board, brush with sesame oil, then sprinkle lightly with salt. Pur the sheets on a grill or griddle, or in a skillet over low heat and cook for a few seconds till crisp. Cut each sheet into 4 or 6 pieces, and serve piled on small plates. These laver pieces are usually eaten wrapped around rice, but some people like them as they are.
