| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 to 4 lb roast | 2 cloves garlic, crushed | 1 T salt |
| 2 T vinegar | 3 dried red peppers, crushed and marinated in vinegar | 1/2 cup water |
| 1 | Mix garlic, salt, vinegar, and water. Marinate meat in mixture for 1/2 hour. Roast meat in marinade at 325 F. Allow 30 minutes per pound. Baste frequently. Serve with pickled white or Maui onions. |
