INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs pork chops, 1" thick 2 cloves garlic, minced 4 bay leaves
3/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup water 1-1/2 t salt
dash of pepper 3 bunches spinach, cooked



1 Place pork, garlic, bay leaves, vinegar, water, and salt and pepper in a skillet. Soak 5 minutes. Cover. Bring to boil quickly. Lower heat. Simmer until almost dry. Remove chops. Toss spinach in skillet. Sprinkle with vinegar.
