| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 lbs pork chops, 1" thick | 2 cloves garlic, minced | 4 bay leaves |
| 3/4 cup vinegar | 3/4 cup water | 1-1/2 t salt |
| dash of pepper | 3 bunches spinach, cooked | |
| 1 | Place pork, garlic, bay leaves, vinegar, water, and salt and pepper in a skillet. Soak 5 minutes. Cover. Bring to boil quickly. Lower heat. Simmer until almost dry. Remove chops. Toss spinach in skillet. Sprinkle with vinegar. |
