| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 pounds fresh salmon steaks or fillets | 1/2 cup light miso | 1 tablespoon sugar |
| pinch of MSG (optional) | 3 scallions, chopped | 1 tablespoon soy sauce |
| 1 teaspoon sesame oil | 1/2 cup sake | |
| 1 | Place the steaks in a bowl large enough for marinating. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate the steaks in this mixture for about 2 hours at room temperature, or in the refrigerator overnight. Grill or boil until done to your own taste. |
