| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1-1/2 packages of spiral pasta | 1 26 oz jar pasta sauce (any variety, we suggest Roasted Garlic and peppers or Sockarooni) | 1/2 cup Olive oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing |
| 2-1/2 cups broccoli florets | 1 cup diced carrots | 1 cup frozen peas (defrosted) |
| 1 cup sliced ripe olives | 1/2 cup scallions | |
| 1 | Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix pasta with salad dressing. Add broccoli, carrots, peas, scallions and olives in a large salad bowl. Add pasta sauce, toss and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve at room temperature. |
