| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened | 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese | 1/4 cup diced mild green chilies |
| 3 cloves Elephant Garlic, finely chopped | 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley | pinch of white pepper |
| 1 large round French bread loaf | ||
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cream cheese, montery Jack, chilies, garlic, parsley and white pepper in large bowl; blend well. Slice off top of French bread and scoop out enough bread to create a bowl to comfortably hold cheese mixture. Place cheese mixture into bread bowl and replace top. Wrap in foil; bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or French bread slices. |
