In large bowl place ham, beef, pork, eggs, crumbs, pepper and cloves. Mix together very well. In 12x8x2-inch dish form mixture into flat oval loaf. Insert temperature probe so tip is in center of loaf. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent. |

Attach cable end at receptacle. Microwave at medium. Set temp, set 170 F. When oven signals, remove loaf and microwave topping (below), spread over loaf. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. |

RAISIN TOPPING: In a small bowl stir together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/4 cup raisins. Microwave at high 3 to 5 minutes. |
