INGREDIENTS:
1 pound red radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and sliced 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped 1/2 cup sour cream
1 bunch of scallions, trimmed and chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste GARNISH: 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped



1 Mix all the ingredients, except the dill, and place in a serving bowl. Garnish with the dill.
