| 1 pound red radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and sliced | 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped | 1/2 cup sour cream |
| 1 bunch of scallions, trimmed and chopped | salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | GARNISH: 2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped |
