| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 chicken breasts, cooked until tender | 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted | 2/3 C mayonnaise |
| 1/3 C milk | 1 tsp lemon juice | 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into florets, cooked and drained | 1/2 -3/4 C dry bread crumbs | 1-2 T butter (optional) |
| 1 | Remove skin and bones from chicken. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Combine undiluted cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and cheese in bowl. Mix well. Layer broccoli, chicken and sauce in buttered 2 qt. casserole. Spinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter, if desired. Bake at 350 until top is golden brown, about 1 hour. |
