Joyce's Chicken and Broccoli

INGREDIENTS:
6 chicken breasts, cooked until tender 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 2/3 C mayonnaise
1/3 C milk 1 tsp lemon juice 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into florets, cooked and drained 1/2 -3/4 C dry bread crumbs 1-2 T butter (optional)



1 Remove skin and bones from chicken. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. Combine undiluted cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and cheese in bowl. Mix well. Layer broccoli, chicken and sauce in buttered 2 qt. casserole. Spinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter, if desired. Bake at 350 until top is golden brown, about 1 hour.
