Jen's Ginger-Garlic Chicken Drummettes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup white wine 2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon chopped ginger or 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger juice of 2 to 3 lemons 3 cloves whole peeled garlic, crushed
14 chicken drummettes



1 To prepare marinade, combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, ginger, lemon juice and garlic in small bowl. Place drummettes in resealable plastic food storage bag. Pour marinade over drummettes. Press air out of bag and seal tightly. Turn bag over to completely coat drummettes with marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice. Place drummettes with marinade in a large glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Marinade should form a glaze on drummettes.
