| 2-1/2 lbs boneless lean pork | marinade of your choice | |
| 1 | Cut pork in strips 1" wide. Marinate overnight in marinade of your choice. Place on rack in baking pan. Roast at 350 for 1 hour, or until done. Baste every 15 minutes with marinade. Remove from oven. Cool. Cut in very thin diagonal slices. Serve with Chinese mustard and catsup. |
