| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 medium-sized head cabbage | 3 eggs, beaten | 1 tablespoon melted butter |
| 1 tablespoon flour | 1 cup milk | 3/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 | Cut cabbage in fine shreds and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix eggs, butter, flour, milk, and salt with cabbage. Bake in a buttered baking pan for about 1/2 hour at 400 degrees, or until custard is set. |
