In small skillet, combine bell pepper, onion rings and honey; cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. |

Meanwhile, heat oven to 425 F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out with hands. Bake at 425 F. for 6 to 7 minutes or until crust just begins to brown. |

Spoon barbecue sauce evenly over partially baked crust. Top with chicken stirps; sprinkle with cheese. Top with bell pepper mixture. Bake at 425 F. for an additional 11 to 15 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly. |
