Garlic 'n Herb Oven-Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plain bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley 1 (.75 oz) pkg dry garlic-herb salad dressing mix
1 cup buttermilk 3 to 3-1/2 lb cut-up frying chicken 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted



1 Heat oven to 400 F. in medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and salad dressing mix; mix well.
2 Place buttermilk in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk; coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle margarine evenly over chicken.
3 Bake at 400 F. for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
