| 1 cup plain bread crumbs | 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley | 1 (.75 oz) pkg dry garlic-herb salad dressing mix |
| 1 cup buttermilk | 3 to 3-1/2 lb cut-up frying chicken | 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted |
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 F. in medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and salad dressing mix; mix well. |
| 2 | Place buttermilk in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk; coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle margarine evenly over chicken. |
