In a large bowl, combine flour with garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. |

In a second bowl, beat eggs. |

In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs with mustard, paprika and cayenne. |

Dip chicken cubes one at a time in flour mixture, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Set breaded chicken aside on platter. |

In a saucepan heat oil to 375 F (190 C) and transfer to fondue pot (or heat oil in an electric fondue). Do not fill fondue pot more than half full. |

Spear chicken nugget on fondue fork and fondue for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. |
