Chocolate-Orange Fudge

INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 cups (15 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts, almonds or pecans
2 teaspoons finely shredded or grated orange peel



1 Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil; set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and orange peel. Turn into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Cool slightly. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. When firm, use foil to lift out of pan. Cut into diamonds or squares. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
