Escallopes with Paprika (Paprikaschnitel)

INGREDIENTS:
4 Escallopes 1/4 pint sour cream = 1/2 cup 1/4 pint water = 1/2 cup
1 teaspoonful tomato puree (optional) 1 teaspoonful butter 1 teaspoonful flour
salt and pepper



1 Begin the same way as above. When the meat is fried golden brown, cover with water and add a spoonful of paprika. Simmer for a few minutes, then add a quarter pint of sour cream into which you have already stirred a tablespoonful of flour.
