Grilled Basil & Lemon Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1 (1-pound) loaf French bread 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic



1 Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
2 Meanwhile, slice loaf diagonally into 1-1/2-inch slices, cutting two thirds through loaf.
3 In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients. Brush cut sides of bread with butter mixture.
4 Place loaf in center of piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil to center; tightly seal top and sides.
5 Place foil packet on grill. Grill, turning once, until through (8 to 12 minutes).
