| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 (1-pound) loaf French bread | 1/3 cup butter, melted | 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves |
| 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel | 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic | |
| 1 | Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, slice loaf diagonally into 1-1/2-inch slices, cutting two thirds through loaf. |
| 3 | In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients. Brush cut sides of bread with butter mixture. |
| 4 | Place loaf in center of piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil to center; tightly seal top and sides. |
