Chili Crusted Steak

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 1 pound (1-inch thick) boneless beef sirloin steaks



1 Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
2 Meanwhile, in pie plate stir together all ingredients except steak. Dip both sides of steaks in chili mixture.
3 Place steak on grill. Cover; grill, turning once, until desired doneness (8 to 12 minutes).
