INGREDIENTS:
DRESSING: 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
SALAD: 6 (1/4-inch) slices fresh pineapple, peeled, cored 1 pint strawberries, hulled, sliced 1/4-inch 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch, cut in half



1 In small bowl stir together lemon juice, sugar and lemon peel.
2 On individual salad plates place 1 slice pineapple; divide strawberries and kiwi evenly among salad plates. Spoon about 2 teaspoons dressing over each serving.
