Reduce speed to low; add all remaining ingredients. Beat, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). |

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets; flatten in crisscross pattern with fork. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. |
