Chicken, Chops & Sausage Platter

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 split chicken breasts
2 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops 2 Italian sausages 3 medium red, yellow and/or orange peppers, quartered
2 medium red onions, cut into wedges



1 Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
2 In small bowl stir together thyme, oil, garlic, pepper and salt. Place chicken, pork chops and sausages on grill. Grill for 20 minutes, basting with oil mixture and turning occasionally.
3 Place peppers on grill around meats. Continue grilling until peppers are blackened (18 to 25 minutes).
