| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves | 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil | 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic |
| 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper | 1/4 teaspoon salt | 2 split chicken breasts |
| 2 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops | 2 Italian sausages | 3 medium red, yellow and/or orange peppers, quartered |
| 2 medium red onions, cut into wedges | ||
| 1 | Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white. |
| 2 | In small bowl stir together thyme, oil, garlic, pepper and salt. Place chicken, pork chops and sausages on grill. Grill for 20 minutes, basting with oil mixture and turning occasionally. |
| 3 | Place peppers on grill around meats. Continue grilling until peppers are blackened (18 to 25 minutes). |
