| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 fresh pineapple, pared, cored, cut into 3/4-inch pieces | 2 ripe mangos, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces | 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch, cut in half |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro | 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice | 2 teaspoons grated lime peel |
| 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic | 1 teaspoon chopped seeded red chili pepper | |
| 1 | In large bowl place pineapple. Add mangos and kiwi fruit; toss gently. Add all remaining ingredients; stir gently to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. |
