Mango, Pineapple & Kiwi Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh pineapple, pared, cored, cut into 3/4-inch pieces 2 ripe mangos, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch, cut in half
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 1 teaspoon chopped seeded red chili pepper



1 In large bowl place pineapple. Add mangos and kiwi fruit; toss gently. Add all remaining ingredients; stir gently to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.
2 Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until serving time.
