1-1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 4 medium (2 cups) carrots, coarsely chopped
1 medium (1 cup) red onion, coarsely chopped 2 medium (1 cup) tomatoes, chopped



1 In medium bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
