Spinach & Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS:
PASTA: 4 ounces (1-1/2 cups) uncooked dried cavatappi or bow tie pasta DRESSING: 1/2 cup Light Sour Cream 1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons chopped green onions 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
SALAD: 3 cups lightly packed torn fresh spinach leaves 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted 6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1 medium orange, pared, sectioned



1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2 Meanwhile, in small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients.
3 To serve, in large bowl combine pasta, all salad ingredients and 1/2 cup dressing; toss to coat.
