Grilled Beef & Pepper Bundles

INGREDIENTS:
8 (1/8-inch) slices deli roast beef 4 slices American Pasteurized Process Cheese, cut in half 2 medium red peppers, cut into 32 (1/4-inch) strips
2 medium red peppers, cut into 32 (1/4-inch) strips 1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian dressing



1 Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
2 Meanwhile, fold each slice roast beef in half lengthwise. At one end of each slice place 1 cheese half (lengthwise with roast beef), 4 strips red pepper and 4 strips green pepper. Roll up; secure with toothpick.
3 Place bundles in pan; pour in dressing. Marinate, turning once, for 10 minutes. Remove bundles from marinade; discard marinade.
4 Place bundles on grill. Grill, turning once, until cheese begins to melt (6 to 7 minutes).
