Chutney Grilled Cheese & Ham

INGREDIENTS:
8 (1/2-inch) center cut slices (form 1 pound round loaf) sourdough bread 1/2 cup chutney 4 (3/4 ounce each) slices Swiss cheese
4 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham 3 tablespoons butter, softened



1 Preheat grill; heat until coals are ash white.
2 Meanwhile, spread 1 side of each bread slice with chutney. To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 bread slice with 1 slice cheese, 1/2 of ham and 1 bread slice. Lightly spread butter on both sides of sandwhiches.
3 Place sandwhiches on grill. Grill, turning once, until golden brown (2 to 5 minutes).
