Icy Fruit Cups with Lemonade

INGREDIENTS:
4 medium (2 cups) ripe plums, pitted, sliced 1/4-inch 3 medium (2 cups) ripe apricots, pitted, sliced 1/8-inch 3 medium (2 cups) ripe peaches, pitted, sliced 1/4-inch
1 cup seedless green grapes 1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 2 cups lime-flavored mineral



1 In large bowl combine all fruit; toss lightly. Divide fruit mixture among 6 to 8 cups.
2 Stir together lemonade and mineral water; pour over fruit in cups. Cover; freeze 8 hours or overnight.
