Hot Mozzarella Appetizers

INGREDIENTS:
8 slice thick white bread 1 package (8 ounces) Mozzarella white pepper to taste
1 can (2 ounces) Anchovy fillets, drained



1 Trim crusts from bread and cut bread into triangles. Toast triangles lightly under broiler on one side. Cut mozzarella into triangles 1/8-inch thick. Place on untoasted side of bread, sprinkle with pepper and top with anchovy fillets. Place under broiler a few minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
