| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8 slice thick white bread | 1 package (8 ounces) Mozzarella | white pepper to taste |
| 1 can (2 ounces) Anchovy fillets, drained | ||
| 1 | Trim crusts from bread and cut bread into triangles. Toast triangles lightly under broiler on one side. Cut mozzarella into triangles 1/8-inch thick. Place on untoasted side of bread, sprinkle with pepper and top with anchovy fillets. Place under broiler a few minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately. |
