Spaghetti with Ricotta

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound thin spaghetti 8 tablespoons butter, melted 1 container (15 ounces) Ricotta
grated Parmesan or Romano cheese salt and pepper to taste



1 Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. Place in warm serving dish, stir in melted butter, add ricotta and toss gently to blend. Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley.
