| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound thin spaghetti | 1 cup Ricotta | 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce |
| salt and pepper to taste | 1 package (6 ounces) Mozzarella, diced | grated Parmesan or Romano cheese |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. Combine ricotta, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over spaghetti and toss lightly. Place in 2-quart casserole and sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted. |
