Golden Baked Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound thin spaghetti 1 cup Ricotta 2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste 1 package (6 ounces) Mozzarella, diced grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
butter



1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. Combine ricotta, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over spaghetti and toss lightly. Place in 2-quart casserole and sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
