| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup vegetable oil | 2 tablespoons vinegar | 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning | 1 teaspooon lemon juice | 1/4 teaspoon dried whole tarragon |
| 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder | 12 dressed soft-shell crabs | |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except crabs, stirring until blended. Cover and refrigerate sauce at least 8 hours. |
| 2 | Position crabs securely, back side down, in a wire grilling basket. Grill over hot coals 10 minutes, basting frequently with sauce. Turn crabs, and grill an additional 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with remaining sauce. |
