| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 loin pork chops | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
| 2 onions, cut into thin rings | 4 thin slices Mozzarella | 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce |
| 1/4 cup bouillon | ||
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown chops in hot olive oil on both sides. Remove from pan. Cover bottom of a baking dish with melted butter and top with onion rings, spreading evenly. Arrange browned chops on onion, top each chop with a slice of mozzarella and spread with tomato sauce. Pour bouillon into baking dish, cover and bake 40 minutes. |
