| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 pound noodles, cooked | 1-1/2 cups Ricotta | salt and pepper to taste |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | 3 tablespoons cracker crumbs | 3 tablespoons butter, melted |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 F. Drain noodles and add ricotta, salt, pepper, eggs, cracker crumbs and butter. Blend well. Turn into a buttered 2-quart ring mold sprinkled with crumbs, and bake 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Unmold. |
