INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dairy sour cream 1 container (15 ounces) Ricotta 1/2 cup each diced cucumber, sliced radishes, cut-up scallions
salt and pepper to taste lettuce



1 Blend sour cream with ricotta, stir in vegetables and season with salt to taste. Serve on lettuce (or fill tomato cases). Garnish with paprika.
