| 1/2 pound salt codfish | 1/2 pound dried shrimp | 1-1/2 onions |
| 1 pinch garlic powder | 1 dash pepper | 1 teaspoon paprika |
| 3/4 cup coconut milk | 2 tablespoons oil | 1/2 teaspoon vinegar |
| 4 eggs, beaten | 1 teaspoon flour | 8 olives, pitted and chopped |
| 1 | Soak codfish overnight and the next day remove skin and bones, and grind shrimp and codfish together. Mix with this 1 onion, minced, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika. Add coconut milk, oil, and vinegar. Mix well and cook 20 minutes. Beat 2 eggs, stir in the flour, olives, and 1/2 onion, chopped. Combine this with the first mixture, spread in a rather wide baking pan, and cover with the remaining 2 well-beaten eggs, and brown in a 400-degree oven until eggs are well set, 10 to 15 minutes. |
