| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons butter | 3 tablespoons olive oil | 1 clove garlic, minced |
| 1 can (2 ounces) Anchovy fillets | 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley | 1 teaspoon chopped sweet basil |

| 1 | In a small saucepan heat butter and oil. Add garlic and simmer 5 minutes. Drain oil from anchovies into saucepan, chop anchovies and add to saucepan with parsley and basil. Simmer 5 minutes, season with pepper and serve hot with pasta. |
