INGREDIENTS:
1 recipe Coconut Custard 2 medium mangoes, peeled, seeded, pureed, and pressed through a strainer to remove fibers 2 tablespoons golden rum or spiced rum



1 Unmold the coconut custard onto a platter. Combine the mango and rum. Pour the sauce over the custard.
