| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 cups diced uncooked apples | 1/4 cup red cinnamon candy drops | 1/3 to 2/3 cup sugar |
| enouth water to nearly cover fruit | ||
| 1 | Cook apples with cinnamon candies, sugar, water and salt until apples are tender. Press through sieve and cool. Freeze in refrigerator tray until firm. Scrape up thin layers of the frappe with an inverted spoon and beat back and forth in tray until texture is smooth. Serve at once, garnished with a bit of fresh mint. |
