3/4 C water 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 4 t butter or margarine
2 C bread flour 1 t salt 1 T sugar
2-3 t yeast



1 Add the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2 Bake on a French, regular, light, or rapid cycle.
3 This bread may be prepared on a timed cycle.
