INGREDIENTS:
12 large or medium-sized firm, fresh mushrooms 1 pkg (3-oz) creamed cheese, softened 1 can (7-oz) minced clams, drained
1 tablespoon minced parsley 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup crushed French fried onions



1 In small bowl mix together cream cheese, clams, parsley and garlic powder
2 Spinkle onion pieces over top.
3 NOTE: If mushroom stems are used, in 1-qt. casserole place chopped stems, 1/3 cup finley chopped onion and 2 tablespoons butter. Microwave at high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients.
