| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 slices bread | butter | 2 cups (8-oz) shredded cheddar cheese |
| 2 eggs | 1 cup dairy half & half | 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard | 1/4 teaspoon paprika |

| 1 | Spread each bread slice with butter. In 10x6x2-inch dish place 2 slices bread, butter side up. Top with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. |
| 2 | In mixing bowl beat eggs. Blend in half & half, butter, salt, mustard, paprika and cayenne pepper. Pour over sandwiches. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium 9 to 12 minutes, rotate dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
