Cheese Crackers (Kasecrackers)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb cheddar cheese 2 tbls butter 3 tbls sherry
2 tbls cream 1 tsp mustard salt and pepper
crackers



1 Cut up cheese and put through moistened meat grinder. Lightly cream the butter. Mix in sherry, cream and seasoning and add to cheese. Spread with a pastry-decorator on unsweetened crackers. Serve with tea, punch or wine.
