| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 lb cheddar cheese | 2 tbls butter | 3 tbls sherry |
| 2 tbls cream | 1 tsp mustard | salt and pepper |

| 1 | Cut up cheese and put through moistened meat grinder. Lightly cream the butter. Mix in sherry, cream and seasoning and add to cheese. Spread with a pastry-decorator on unsweetened crackers. Serve with tea, punch or wine. |
