INGREDIENTS:
6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper 3 pounds ground beef (20% fat) 8 sesame or onion hamburger buns or kaiser rolls, halved horizontally
Balsamic-Marinated Tomatoes (see recipe) Sauteed Onion Slices (see recipe) Sweet Cucumber Relish (see recipe)
crumbled Roquefort, sliced cheddar, and sliced Swiss cheeses

1 Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl; whisk to blend. Add beef and mix gently to blend. Shape beef mixture into 8 patties, each about 4-1/2 inches in diameter.
2 Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Place hamburger buns, cut side down, on rack and grill until toasted, about 2 minutes. Transfer to basket, pairing tops with bottoms. Grill burgers until cooked to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve with buns, Balsamic-Marinated Tomatoes, Sauteed Onion Slices, Sweet Cucumber Relish, and cheeses.
