Spinach, Apple, and Cheddar Cheese Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup olive oil
2 6-ounce packages baby spinach leaves 2 large unpeeled Granny Smith apples, halved, cored, thinly sliced 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts



1 Combine vinegar, maple syrup, and oil in small bowl; whisk to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
2 Combine spinach, apples, cheese, and walnuts in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to coat. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer salad to serving bowl.
