INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces stale bread 1 tbls butter parsley, salt and nutmeg
1 egg



1 Grate bread, or cut in very small pieces, and dampen with hot soup stock. Cream butter and add seasoning, egg and bread crumbs. Blend well. Form balls, drop into boiling soup stock. Cut down heat and let stay for 5 minutes.
