| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 ozs beef marrow | 2 rolls | 4 tbls milk |
| 2 eggs | 1 tbls flour | salt, pepper and nutmeg |
| 1 | Melt marrow over low heat. Soak rolls in milk and squeeze dry. Mix together all ingredients and shape into dumplings. Place in soup stock and let simmer until they float to the surface. |
